Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of FundingBulls's evaluation and funded trading programs. By purchasing a challenge or using the platform, you agree to trade within the rule set assigned to your account, including daily loss, total loss, consistency, and news/weekend trading restrictions.

Evaluation accounts are simulated and do not involve real capital. Funded accounts trade FundingBulls's capital under a profit-split arrangement disclosed on your account's plan.

FundingBulls reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of the rule book, including but not limited to arbitrage, latency abuse, tick manipulation, and the use of multiple accounts to circumvent risk limits.
