This page explains, in plain terms, what a FundingBulls evaluation and funded account actually are, what they are not, and the risks involved in participating. Read it alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Simulated Trading Environment

Every FundingBulls account — evaluation and funded alike — operates in a simulated trading environment. Price data is real-time and unaltered (see Trust & Security), but no order you place is routed to a live exchange, broker, or liquidity provider. Trades are booked internally against FundingBulls's own capital and evaluated by our rule engine. This is what lets us offer instant funding, no time limits, and rule sets a real-money broker relationship couldn't support. The services described on this site are provided for educational and skill-evaluation purposes, not as a venue for executing trades on live financial markets.

No Investment Advice or Solicitation

Nothing published by FundingBulls — on this website, in the platform, or in any communication from us — is investment advice, and none of it should be read as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument, security, currency pair, commodity, or digital asset. We are not a registered investment adviser, and no content here is tailored to your individual financial situation.

No Broker, Custodian, or Financial Intermediary Relationship

FundingBulls does not act as a broker, dealer, custodian, or financial intermediary of any kind. We do not hold client funds on your behalf, execute trades on a live market, or provide access to real brokerage accounts. Purchasing and participating in an evaluation does not create a brokerage, custodial, or advisory relationship between you and FundingBulls.

Program Fees Are Not Investments

Fees paid for a challenge, add-on, or reset are service fees for access to a simulated evaluation and related platform services — they are not a deposit, not client funds, and not an investment of any kind. They earn no interest, carry no expectation of return, and are not held on your behalf. These fees go toward our own operating and administrative costs: engineering, market data, risk infrastructure, support, and platform maintenance. Refund eligibility is governed separately by our Refund Policy.

No Offer to Buy or Sell Any Financial Instrument

Nothing on this website, in our marketing materials, or within the platform constitutes an offer or solicitation to buy, sell, or trade futures, options, CFDs, forex, equities, cryptocurrency, or any other financial instrument. Performance figures, payout totals, and trader results shown on this site (including the Payouts page) reflect simulated trading performance and real payouts made under our profit-split program — they are not, and should not be understood as, investment returns.

General Risk Warning

Trading — simulated or otherwise — carries substantial risk, and a strategy that performs well under leverage in a simulated environment will not necessarily behave the same way against real-world execution, slippage, and liquidity conditions.
